At Dynaflex, we aim to make every delivery simple, reliable and hassle-free. All orders are carefully packaged and checked before being dispatched to ensure they arrive safely.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout but we mainly aim for a 5 to 10 business day delivery. Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Dynaflex cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, courier delays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dynaflex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your order, you may be able to return or exchange your item, subject to the conditions below.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and should be unused, in their original condition and with any original packaging or tags where applicable.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and information about the issue. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, particularly products that have been used, personalised or damaged after delivery.
